Our quality hair extension products are made to order, and unless otherwise stated (look for Faster Delivery for in-stock items) will take up to 21 days for delivery.
We recommend that when looking to make an order, please allow up to 2 - 3 weeks in advance of when you will need your products.
All colours can be custom made to each clients needs and wants, please just email us with the colours you wish to mix for a quote (please bare in mind that custom made orders can be in any method but min of 100grams to order)
Returns Information
For Hair Extension products, our hair is non-refundable unless faulty. Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygiene reasons, hair may only be returned if there is an initial problem with the hair on the day of product arrival, in which case the hair should not be used or tampered with.
